Our Story

MedHEart Consulting was founded by Dr Jhiamluka Solano, a UK-trained physician and academic with extensive experience in postgraduate training, medical education, and research. Building on A Doctor’s Journey, the consultancy provides structured, personalised career support for aspiring and early-career doctors.

Dr Solano holds roles with the Royal College of Physicians (London), the Academy of Medical Educators (AoME), and serves as a Subeditor for the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS). He is currently completing a DPhil at the University of Oxford, reflecting a strong commitment to academic excellence and leadership in healthcare education.
