Balancing clinical duties, studying, and interview preparation can be challenging. Here are time management tips to help you stay on track:

  1. Prioritise Tasks: Use tools like the Eisenhower Matrix to categorise tasks as urgent, important, or both. Focus on what matters most.

  2. Set Realistic Goals: Break larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps. For example, prepare for interviews by practising one type of question per day.

  3. Use Technology: Apps like Notion, Trello, or Google Calendar can help you organise schedules and set reminders.

  4. Practice Time Blocking: Allocate specific periods for clinical duties, study, and relaxation. Stick to these blocks to avoid burnout.

  5. Learn to Delegate: Where appropriate, share responsibilities with colleagues to free up time for high-priority activities.

  6. Take Breaks: Short breaks during study sessions can improve focus and productivity. The Pomodoro Technique (25-minute study, 5-minute break) is an effective method.

Effective time management ensures you stay productive and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
