- 1:1 professional mentoring  
- Medical education consulting  
- Application & interview coaching  
- Workshops & webinars on cardiology & healthcare innovation  
3. Payment  
- Full payment required before service unless agreed otherwise  - Accepted: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay  
- Refunds available per our refund policy  

4. Client Responsibilities  
Clients must:  
- Provide accurate information  
- Attend scheduled sessions or cancel per policy  
- Use services ethically & professionally

 
5. Intellectual Property  
All materials are copyrighted and cannot be shared without permission.  

6. Limitation of Liability  
We are not liable for:  
- Service outcomes  
- Losses due to delays, interruptions, or errors  

7. Cancellations & Refunds  
- Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a refund or rescheduling  
- No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows  

8. Refund Policy  
- Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking
- No refunds for missed sessions or completed services  
- No pro-rata refunds for unused portions of bundled services

9. Governing Law  
These Terms follow England & Wales laws. Disputes resolved in their courts.
